For the LUMINA series, we offer a warranty coverage of 2 years.
Regarding the control system components, our warranty coverage is as follows:
Motor: 5 years
Pool cover: 3 years
Touch screens: 1 year
Control box:: 2 years.

For End Users: If you’re experiencing issues with your control system, you can find error information in the “Settings → Error Message” section of your device. To address these issues, please refer to our “Common System Errors” manual or visit our official YouTube channel for instructional videos that guide you through potential solutions. If the problem persists, we recommend reaching out to your dealer for a professional diagnosis.

For Dealers: We understand the importance of prompt service. Our cloud-based diagnostic system allows you to access error information and log files from your clients’ systems.
