Technology and Design
The AQUALEE movable floor system is mainly built with durable stainless steel for its structural and mechanical components, powered by DC motors. Our motor series includes models with torque specifications of 140Nm, 350Nm, 500Nm, and 900Nm, catering to both residential and commercial applications. For home users, AQUALEE offers an option for a lighter structure.
Most movable pool floors use cables and pulley systems under the floor, driven by hydraulic rams or a single motor. In contrast, our system is simpler and offers greater flexibility, with options like cable systems or floating boards. AQUALEE focuses on providing an intuitive and reliable motor control system that supports single, double, and four-motor configurations. This not only ensures stability but also opens up more possibilities for movable floor projects.
Depending on customer needs, our movable floor systems can support load capacities ranging from 60kg/m² to 200kg/m². Our intelligent algorithm system can accommodate various requirements, allowing for both group adjustments and individual motor calibration. This is where the true value of a customized solution lies
How does our control system work?
The AQUALEE Movable Floor System is powered by multiple 24 V DC motors, which, in conjunction with cables, facilitate the platform’s vertical movement.
Crafted from 316L stainless steel, these motors exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance and are rated IP68 for waterproofing, ensuring the system’s reliability and durability.
Our technological edge lies in the advanced motor drive system, which precisely synchronizes the operation of multiple motors. The motherboard continuously monitors and logs data on each motor’s current, voltage, and position. Utilizing intelligent algorithms guarantees that the motors operate in perfect sync, regardless of the load during the lifting process.
When multiple motors operate in sync, our control system can detect and adjust the speed of each motor in real time. It can compensate for any potential distance discrepancies, achieving precise synchronization. This innovative technology not only enhances the platform’s operational efficiency but also significantly boosts its safety and stability.
Experience the future of movable pool floors with Aqualee, where precision and customization meet to elevate your expectations.
More Features
E.A.S.Y: The Core Strengths of AQUALEE Control System
Easy Maintenance
There will be an inspection port on top of each motor for easy access to the motor and junction box.
In a four-motor control system, if one motor fails, the remaining three motors can temporarily raise the platform without significant downtime.
Adjustable Leveling
In our system, multiple units can be linked to the same control system, operating in perfect synchronization.
It also supports individual adjustment, enabling more precise leveling, which saves you from manual inspection and repair processes
Stable Operation
Due to the synchronized operation of the four motors, the system can maintain level lifting even if one of the motors has a different load.
Yielding Cost-Effectiveness
Cost-Effective and Safe DC Motors: DC motors are more affordable and stable compared to hydraulic systems, which are costly, require frequent maintenance, and pose a risk of oil leaks that could contaminate pool water
